Terms of service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of guardable, an equipment tracking service for tracking clients, inventory and orders. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use guardable on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

2. The service

guardable lets you manage clients, items and orders within one or more workspaces. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners and admins control who can access a workspace and with which role. You are responsible for the access you grant.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • The free tier is for evaluation and is limited to 50 items and 100 orders. Paid plans are billed in advance, per user per month, via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. Your data

The clients, items and orders you enter remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and back up that data in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe the rights of others;
  • attempt to breach, probe or circumvent our security or another customer's workspace isolation;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties without our written consent;
  • interfere with the operation of the service, e.g. through abusive load or scraping.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep guardable available and performant, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime level unless agreed in a separate Enterprise agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, guardable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, after notice where reasonable. Upon termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
