What is guardable?

Who is guardable for?
Anyone who hands equipment to people and needs it back — security firms deploying gear to sites, AV and event companies, construction crews, IT departments, clubs and schools, and businesses that charge for the gear they send out. If it lives in a spreadsheet or on a paper sign-out sheet today, it belongs here.
What happens when something runs late?
The moment an item passes its planned return date it's flagged overdue — on the dashboard, in the orders list and on the client — and guardable can email the client a reminder automatically.
Can items be returned partially?
Yes. Returns are tracked per order line. Return three of five units today and the remaining two stay visibly out until they're back.
Is guardable free?
The Free plan is free for as long as you like — up to 50 items and 100 orders, no time limit, no credit card. Upgrade to Pro when your operation outgrows it.
Can I manage multiple sites?
Yes. Workspaces keep each site's clients, inventory and orders separate, and your team's roles are scoped per workspace — admin in one, member in another.
